Each Coaching Session is Structured as 1 hour to 1.5 hour discussion
- 5 min: Intro and start with a motivational quote and reflection.
- 10 min: Feedback on previous session and previous action assignment
- 15 min: Substantive topic* covered by Dave Hershman
- 10 min: Feedback and expanding on the topic
- 30 mins: Questions from the Participants
- 10 mins: Wrap-up and action assignment
*Topics will be selected from questions submitted beforehand by the participants.

- Option for individual sessions at $100 each because there may be deeper issues participants need to cover (may be limited to one per month based upon availability).

Dave Hershman’s Coaching Philosophy
Most coaches are adept at reminding participants what they already know they should be doing – such as phone calls and one-on-ones. Basically, they become accountability partners. Dave’s goal is to take it to another level. His specialty is helping you see opportunities you are missing every day, many of which are right under your nose. The key is timing and how you approach these opportunities. The emphasis will be upon identifying your maximum sphere and developing relationships and adding value to that sphere. Of course, you still must be accountable.
Your coaching laid the foundation for what has become a great career, and I will carry what you’ve taught me in perpetuity. Even when you retire, your teachings from those that you have helped will continue to be passed down and the impact you have had on many careers and the industry will last well beyond your own career!
